"We've learned a lot about ourselves and each other, and we have a much better understanding of the individual issues that we each bring to our relationship. When we do experience a conflict, we are able to resolve it more easily and with much less emotional turmoil. Cathy provided a comfortable, safe environment and encouraged us to stretch ourselves, take risks, and grow emotionally."
"We went to see Cathy at a point in our marriage when we truly didn't believe there was anything that could be done to change things. We had gone through more than one marriage counselor and an in-depth troubled marriage program. Cathy helped us to get to the root of our problems. We still have a lot of work to do, but we have definitely come a long way and now believe our marriage will last."
"My wife and I were on the verge of divorce and we had both engaged attorneys to represent us. Cathy helped us to understand the negative cycle that had consumed our relationship, and she guided us in putting our marriage back on track. Our daughter is elated, and we are feeling optimistic about our future!"
"My family doctor referred me to Cathy, and I'm so grateful that she did. I couldn't figure out why I had so many anger issues when on paper my life looked perfect. During my first visit, I was able to get a deeper understanding of myself, and then later, with her help, I was able to get to the root of my issues. It was a process, but well worth the journey."
"Cathy helped me to make many positive changes in my life. She inspired me to find happiness and to do what is right for me—a real stretch and risk. She was truly a blessing and helped me get unstuck and put my life on the right track."
"In the process of quickly resolving my presenting issue, Cathy was able to help me to identify a deeper more pervasive issue that was affecting all aspects of my life. Now that I have moved through the healing process that unfolded as a result of that discovery, I have a new lease on life, have finally quit a long-term smoking habit, and am healthier in every way."
